Babs & Honey now have a new home – their cosy pig ark arrived this week and has been a hit all round. See pics attached.
At a year old, given the old fashioned farming way, we feel that they should now be ready for breeding – so, hopefully by the summer we should have some little squeelers running around. Watch this space |

Scuba is being his usual mischievous self – pic attached – he’s taken to wanting to get into peoples cars and go for a ride – is he trying to tell us something??? Still, watch out if you leave food lying around – even if it’s wrapped!! |

March brought us our first deer sighting in the north bay – a fantastic sight. We’ve seen plenty of tracks but they have been pretty illusive until now. Sadly we didn’t have our camera with us though.
After such a mild winter, the bunny population has soared, lets hope the keep their paws off our veggies! But also with the warmer weather comes our amphibious friends – March has brought us our first sighting of the grass snakes for 2007 – lets hope there are more this year. (pic attached) |
